Additionally, purchasing a package of sessions will lower the individual session fee.

Payment Options
All major credit cards including HSA cards are accepted. You may also make a payment via Paypal using the "Make a Payment" link on this site. Payment is due in full prior to each telehealth session unless prior arrangements have been made.

Insurance plans with PPO Out-of-Network Benefits- Please check with your insurance provider to see if a reimbursement plan is offered. Upon your request, a Super Bill will be provided which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. With this Super Bill, some insurance companies may reimburse a percentage of your out-of-pocket fees (20%-30% or more). Please note that not all insurance companies reimburse for out-of-network providers. If you prefer to use a participating provider, I will refer you to a colleague upon your request.
Reduced Fee/Sliding Scale
Reduced fee and sliding scale services are available on a limited basis. Please contact me for details.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not cancel or show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and notice is not given at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged for the full cost of the session.
